The Starflowers and Jewels bustier is modelled by Irish-Nigerian presenter and SOAS lecturer Emma Dabiri at The Library private members’ club in a showcase of The Story of the Fairy Foxes with Wings of the Night Mists, staged to raise awareness about Fairtrade Gold, and the rights of workers and miners in the jewellery industry.

Over 100 million miners live on subsistence wages, and may be exposed to Mercury and Cyanide poisoning, and generational child slavery. Purchase on Fairtrade Gold ensures that workers receive a living wage, linked to the GBA. It also means that wages are invested back into the communities, supporting social and economic development. Jewellery was provided by brand partner Lily Flo Jewellery, who specialises in ethical made, dainty fine jewellery.
